Maximum Impact

Pictures reveal Madelyn has quite a personality.  Tricia and Troy have been writing, explaining she ha s a personality that brightens the day. Isn’t that a great purpose of life . . . to brighten the day?  No one can argue how miraculous it is that God created us to connect with others through our God-given gifts. The thing is . . . her connection will deepen as she experiences more of life . . . which will maximize her impact.

We are created with gifts that are to be used to impact others.  In the ancient days, the Apostle Paul wrote a letter to the Ephesians asking people to live with the maximum purpose by employing each God-given gift.  Living with maximum purpose occurs through being fully engaged and functioning as part of the body of Christ . . . hands, feet, heart: But that doesn't mean you should all look and speak and act the same. Out of the generosity of Christ, each of us is given his own gift. The text for this is, He climbed the high mountain, He captured the enemy and seized the booty, He handed it all out in gifts to the people. Is it not true that the One who climbed up also climbed down, down to the valley of earth? And the One who climbed down is the One who climbed back up, up to highest heaven. He handed out gifts above and below, filled heaven with his gifts, filled earth with his gifts. He handed out gifts of apostle, prophet, evangelist, and pastor-teacher to train Christ's followers in skilled servant work, working within Christ's body, the church, until we're all moving rhythmically and easily with each other, efficient and graceful in response to God's Son, fully mature adults, fully developed within and without, fully alive like Christ (Ephesians 4:7).

As Joshua led the people to the Promised Land, the priests were developing their God-given gift as they stood in the place God had commanded: Now the priests who carried the ark remained standing in the middle of the Jordan until everything the LORD had commanded Joshua was done by the people, just as Moses had directed Joshua. The people hurried over, Joshua 4:10

The priests maximized their impact by using their gifts.
 Connect with others.
Live with maximum purpose.
Use your God-given gifts in the places God has purposed for them to be used.

Celebrate being a vital part of Christ’s message to the world in words, attitude, and action—as His body.
Learning with you to KICK START the day using God-given gifts,
