Believe

A reckless night out.  They fell in with a radical group.  A problem occurred.   Consequences followed.  It seemed like a dead end.  They would tell you that they had planned their life differently.  Life had not worked out.
The thing is . . . life does not need to hinge on problems but on the plan of God.
God has promised a future of hope rather than problems.
When you get down to it . . . we must decide if we allow problems to define who we are or to be tools on the journey.

God promises:
For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. (Jeremiah 29:11, NLT)
The key to living beyond the problem is made clear:
First: In those days when you pray, I will listen. (Jeremiah 29:12, NLT)
Communicating with God is vital. The Creator of the universe promises to listen.

Second: If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me. (Jeremiah 29:13, NLT)

Focusing on God changes how we live . . . beyond the constraints and limits of problems . . . because we find God.

We need to evaluate:
What do you believe?
Do you believe God?
Do  you believe in God but struggle believing God?
Do you live more like an atheist than you care to admit?
Before Joshua led the people into the Promised Land, he told them to listen to the words of God.  Joshua said to the Israelites, "Come here and listen to the words of the LORD your God (Joshua 3:9).
The people had wandered in the desert because of unbelief.  They had to decide if they would believe God . . . that God had a created purpose in them . . . with a plan to move them forward . . .  to live in the Promised Land.
Listen to the Word of God.
Believe.

Learning with you to KICK START the day believing God has more.
