Success

When we ignore Christ, we live in defeat.  A lasting successful life can only be found through Christ. In the ancient days, Egypt had unbelievable great power and wealth at the expense of their slaves.  Their success was measured by what they had and what they did rather than by who they were.   If, we aren't careful, we  will evaluate our life by those same standards. Success based on what we have and do never lasts

At the end of the day, the power of God usurped the great power and wealth of the Egyptians:  "When I defeat the king, his chariot drivers, and chariots, the Egyptians will know that I am the LORD." (Exodus 14: 18, NCV)

The thing is . . . they lost before they got started . . . life without God . . . is not life . . . regardless of how others see it. Jesus came to free us of the thoughts that draw us away from living a true successful life.  So. We need to have a different mindset as Romans 12:2 says: And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. (NASB)

It is important to remember that we have to work on our thought life each day of our life.  Our thoughts direct the way we live our life.  The way we think of success. . . is the way we live successfully. What forms your thoughts of success?

God wants to transform our thoughts so we can live the way we are created to live successfully in Christ.

Evaluate how your thoughts of success conform to this world.
Meditate on the word, conform (suschematizo, Greek) which means to conform to a specific pattern.
Ask the Spirit of God to transform the way you think about success.
.
Learning to Kick Start the day with transformed thoughts,.
