The Shift of Details

Go Deeper;  interAct: Bible Study  & Sign up for a daily Christmas meditation: Expectation . . . Advent 2009

Focus:  Luke 2
Do you trust God to purposefully shift the details of the universe for good at the right time and place?
Life is filled with decisions
which
rely on timing and details coming together.

What we do, when we do it, and where we do it
impacts lives.
Timing is crucial in everything.  One word or action can change the timing of the events of our life; however, those who are in a relationship with God can trust Him to work in all things for good (promised in Romans 8:28):  And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
To trust God to work in all things  . . . in the time . . . in the place . . . and in the results . . .  requires surrender and trust.  The thing is . . . God will shift the details in the universe to put His plan into place . . . study the first Christmas.
To personally experience the shift of the details in the universe  . . . we must be engaged in an ongoing relationship with God. Read Luke 2.

Continual Love

Advent Focus

Love

 Meditate

God, who created the universe, gave up everything that we may live in His love by sending His Son.  The love of God is not a-one-time gift but an ongoing-active -continual gift.
This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. 1 John 4:10
